30 different morning tub activities will have your kiddos working on letters, sounds, syllables, rhyming, numbers, counting, patterns, colors, shapes, and fine motor skills! Here’s what’s included in each set:
Literacy Morning Centers
✅ Mini eraser letters: Use tweezers to pick up mini erasers and fill the letters.
✅ Play dough letters: Roll play dough snakes to make the letters.
✅ Connecting cube letters: Build the letters with connecting cubes.
✅ Letter matching cards: Use magnetic letters to match uppercase letters, lowercase letters or letter sounds.
✅ Letter matching mats: Use counting cubes to cover the letter that matches the letter or letter sound on each card.
✅ Letter matching clip cards: Look at the letter or picture on each card and use a clothespin to mark the letter that matches the picture.
✅ Beginning sounds matching: Look at the pictures on each card and match the two that have the same beginning sound.
✅ Rhyming picture matching: look at the picture on each card and match the sets of three that rhyme.
✅ Syllables: Look at the picture on each card and count the syllables. Put a clothespin on the number that tells how many syllables.
✅ Read, Build, Write word building: Choose a word card. Read it, build it with magnetic letters, and write it.
Math Morning Centers
✅ Mini eraser numbers: Use tweezers to pick up mini erasers and fill the numbers.
✅ Play dough numbers: Roll play dough snakes to make the numbers.
✅ Connecting cube numbers: Build the numbers with connecting cubes.
✅ Number matching cards: Use magnetic letters to match number to same numbers or to ten frames.
✅ Number matching mats: Use counting cubes to cover the number that matches the number or ten frame on each card.
✅ Number matching clip cards: Look at the number or ten frame on each card and use a clothespin to mark the number that matches it.
✅ Counting cards: Look at the number cards. Find the two pictures that show that many. Connect them with linking chains.
✅ Pattern strips: Look at the pattern on each strip. Use manipulatives to copy or extend the pattern.
✅ Counting strips: Look at the cube tower and number on each strip. Use cubes to build a tower that matches.
✅ Counting mats: Look at the number on each counting mat. Use manipulatives to create a set with that many objects.
Fine Motor Skills Centers
✅ Line tracing: 7 different tracing pages with varying difficulty.
✅ Cutting practice: 9 different cutting pages with varying difficulty.
✅ Snap cube pictures: Build the pictures with snap cubes.
✅ Shape tracing: Tracing cards for twelve different shapes in two different sizes: circle, square, triangle, rectangle, diamond/rhombus, oval, hexagon, octagon, pentagon, trapezoid, heart, star.
✅ Pom pom shapes: 12 different shape cards to fill with pom poms (same shapes as tracing cards).
✅ Play dough shapes: 12 different shape cards for making the shapes with play dough (same shapes as tracing cards).
✅ Play dough pictures: 9 different theme-related pictures to make with play dough.
✅ Colors clip strips: 11 different strips for matching colors using clothespins (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, black, pink, white, gray).
✅ Bead sorting: 11 different cards to attach to pipe cleaners and use to sort and string pony beads (same colors as clip cards).
✅ Pom pom sorting: 11 different crayon cards for sorting pom poms (same colors as clip cards).
